  • ICAT hosted the inauguration of new state of the art and modern test facilities installed as a part of the National automotive testing and R & D infrastructure project (NATRiP) on 29th May 2018.
    Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises (MoHI & PE), Shri Anant G Geete inaugurated the facilities in presence of Shri Vishwajit Sahay, Joint Secretary, Dept of Heavy industry, Govt. of India; Shri Abhay Damle, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Govt. of India; Shri Kenichi Ayukawa, MD&CEO, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Smt Neeti Sarkar, CEO & PD NATRiP, Shri Dinesh Tyagi, Director, ICAT , along with various dignitaries from the Indian automotive industry was present for the inauguration.

  • Pedestrian Safety Lab is inaugurated by Shri Sutanu Behuria, Secretary Ministry of Heavy Industries & PE (Govt. of India) and open for all OEMs. This facility has been accreditated by VCA, UK. For more information please write to amit.karwal@icat.in

  • Installed Fire Resistance Test Facility for Plastic Fuel Tanks as per IS:15547 & ECE R34. The Customers will get the complete Certification & Homologation services of plastic fuel tanks including fire resistance testing. This test facility is capable to undertake development as well as certification tests of plastic fuel tanks intended for Passenger Cars & HCVs.
